Who we are
Our Feathers
Ostrich feathers are harvested from two types of birds. The chick (an ostrich which is about 6 months old) and adult birds which includes slaughter birds and breeding birds.
Chick feathers are divided into two types, the chick wing feather (spad feather) and the chick body feather ranginf from 6"-14".
Included is a chick blondine floss, which is a fluffy feather found underneath the wings of the chick wings.
In the adults there are wing feathers, including the byock feather. The adult feathers also include the body feathers.
We also have female floss feathers, these are softer and more flexible feathers.
All female feathers are of a grey colour, whilst all male body feathers are black.
Our Leather
We offer 98 stylish colours, providing stunning colour options to choose from. Our ostrich leather is considered to be the best, unmatched in quality and beauty!
We carry a wide variety of finished skins in various colours ready for immediate dispatch. There is no minimum order for colours in stock. If we need to produce a specific finish for you, we would need a minimum order of 20 skins and a lead time of 3 weeks.

Founded by industry leader Saag Jonker who after forty years of ostrich farming provides superior quality exotic ostrich leather and feathers to the ostrich industry worldwide.
Feathers are exported sorted and sized while feathers of superior colorfastness are dyed.
